Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your B-Active purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy. To initiate a return or exchange please visit our Returns Portal.

 

Returns and Exchanges Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange. For a product to be eligible for return: 

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund (if eligible) within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. 

For exchanges, we will ship out your exchanged item within 5-7 business days. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us.

Warranty
